Anytime I sit down with the staff, what strikes me is that my brother and his best interests are at the very heart of all they do, and they all want the very best for him. There's a very positive and enabling, nurturing culture. He can make choices as much as possible. Everyone works so hard to make my brother's life as full and colourful as possible and I will never ever be able to express my full thanks and admiration to them because there simply are no words. They are all superstars and wonderful people.— Resident's Family
